Panier Vert was born in Beirut from a simple, powerful belief: the best food is the most honest food. Food that knows where it came from. Food made by hands that care, from ingredients that are real. That’s the idea behind everything we do at our home in Horch Tabetو and it has never changed.
Our Story
We started with a vision: to give Beirut a place that truly respects what goes into food. Not just a restaurant, not just a juice bar, a complete natural food experience, made from scratch, where every product earns its place on the shelf or the plate.
Today, Panier Vert in Horch Tabet offers a fresh bistro with seasonal salads, sandwiches, plates and desserts; a cold-pressed juice bar with no additives; an open salad bar built around the day’s freshest produce; a daily plat du jour that changes with the season; catering for events across Lebanon; and I’m Natural, our own retail line of handcrafted dressings, dips, crackers, and frozen products, available in our boutique inside Panier Vert.
Every part of what we do is guided by the same standard: natural ingredients, made fresh, with care. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just food that tastes the way it should, because it was made the way it should.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
We believe nourishing yourself should feel natural and joyful. At Panier Vert, we don’t use artificial flavors, preservatives, or additives, ever. We source the finest seasonal produce, craft our recipes in-house, and serve every dish with the attention it deserves. Because when food is made right, it shows in every bite.
